We're looking for driven individuals to join our year-round diamond core drilling operations. Drill Helpers are assigned to specific project sites based on operational needs. Assignments may change as projects progress or new programs begin. The schedule is two weeks on and one week off, working 12-hour shifts during the two-week rotation. Drill Helpers are responsible for arranging and reporting to the assigned project location at the start of each rotation. Project locations are subject to change, and flexibility is essential. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to various job sites throughout Minnesota and Michigan as required. No prior drilling experience is required - we provide full training. Why Join Us?
