Title: Salesforce Administrator (Onsite Hybrid)


Location: Oregon, USA


Description: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Oregon, USA. This position requires a local candidate who can work onsite in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with occasional in-person presence as needed.


Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
2. Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce platform to support business needs, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
3. Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings ensuring proper access controls and data integrity.
4. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insights and drive decision-making.
5. Assist in data management activities including data import, deduplication, and data quality initiatives.
6. Handle user support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
7. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; recommend and implement improvements.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201).
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
3. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
5. Solid understanding of data management principles and experience with data migration activities.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Must be located in Oregon, USA and available for onsite work as required.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is a plus.
